03 · How a day works
Follow one family through a normal day at the studio. Each step shows the screen your staff would see and what gets saved to the family's profile.
01 · 9:12 am
Sam asks for a trial class for Mia, age 7, on the studio website. The request arrives in Inquiries as a new lead with the child, the source and a phone number.
02 · 9:13 am
Before your front desk opens, the assistant on your website answers questions about prices and class times using what's on your site, and offers a trial time. It passes billing and injury questions to your staff.
How much is it after the trial?
Little Tigers is $149 a month with no sign-up fee. Uniforms are included for new members.

Thursday at 5:00 pm has 3 spots left. I can hold one for Mia.

The trial appears on the week calendar in the Thursday 5:00 pm class, and Sam gets a confirmation text from the studio's number.
Mia is booked for Little Tigers, Thu 5:00 pm at Riverbend. Wear comfortable clothes. Reply C to change.

After class, your front desk signs Mia up for a monthly membership and saves the card, so next month's dues are charged automatically.
05 · Next Thu 4:00 pm
Families who asked for reminders get a text or email before class, an hour before unless you change it. Their replies come back to your inbox, and anyone who opted out doesn't get one.
Reminder: Mia has Little Tigers today at 5:00 pm.

At the end of the day, you get one report with new inquiries, trial classes, sign-ups and payments, plus a list of anything someone still needs to follow up on.
